Always a constant in Amy's life, music has been a creative outlet for inspiration and emotional release, as well as a gift to be shared. A multi-instrumentalist, she plays and writes music for harp, piano, flute and guitar, creating songs for awakening of the spirit and soothing of the soul.

She has performed in many venues, taught music, directed choral groups and created songs for groups to sing together. Music can be an integral part of the healing process for certain people, and individualized music compositions are offered as an adjunct to therapy.

RoHun Therapy

A Unique, Fast-Track Alternative to Traditional Psychotherapy

What is RoHun?

It is a spiritually based psychotherapeutic tool for transformation and change. It uses set processes to uncover and bring to light those events in one's life that have brought hurt and distress, and caused a turning of thoughts from brightness and hope to sadness and despair. It is a fast-track alternative to years of traditional psychotherapy.

How Does it Work?

Faulty thoughts cause difficult emotions deep within a person who may seem "just fine" on the outside. In time, these negative thoughts and feelings cause the body to become vulnerable, weakening the immune system and natural defenses. It is a gentle process led by the client, facilitated by the therapist, which allows one's intent to heal be realized.

What Does it Accomplish?

This phenomenal therapy allows forgiveness of oneself, thereby releasing and cleaning of those blocks which have prevented personal growth and satisfaction, allowing in more light, joy and love.

What's the RoHun Secret?

The secret is that RoHun goes right under the defenses of the ego. It generates a realization that makes someone who believes they already achieved self-understanding, be in awe. RoHun frees and brightens and energizes, gives power back to the spirit and helps a person remember who they have always been and allows them to see their potential with clarity and confidence.
